Mitt has 20 years of experience in the lending business, with over 10 of these years being focused on SBA lending. He has worked in business development for multiple national lending companies, and has also worked as an independent commercial loan broker. Mitt has a degree in Business Administration from Presbyterian College.

Brian Martin

Brian Martin has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the vast majority of experience in banking and lending to small business.  Brian specializes in the cultivation, review and advocacy of his clients’ loan requests from application to approval to funding.  Brian’s vast experiences in all aspects of small business lending will afford you the greatest opportunity for securing the right credit solutions for all of your business needs.

Bruce Hurta

Bruce Hurta is an SBA real estate loan expert, lender, blogger and public speaker committed to helping small business owners achieve affordable financing to build and grow their business. With over 20 years of SBA loan experience, Bruce is a trusted expert in the Houston area. He has been the president of the Houston Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (HAGGL) and has received the Houston District SBA’s award for Financial Services Champion of the Year. Bruce received his B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Corey L. Townsend

SBA Business Development Officer

Corey Townsend provides debt financing to small businesses for acquisitions, expansion, and improvements utilizing SBA guaranteed loans. Prior to joining Ameris Bank, Corey worked for over a decade in wealth management, as a private wealth advisor at Morgan Stanley and later Merrill Lynch, serving ultra-high net worth individuals. He is an attorney by trade, and briefly worked for the IRS office of Chief Counsel, Financial Products and Institutions Division, before transitioning to the private sector. Corey is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics. He also holds a Masters in Finance from Georgia State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.

Jeffe Herrick has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been specializing in commercial and small business loans throughout his career. Prior to joining Ameris Bank, Jeffe served as Vice President Business Development Officer for Georgia Banking Company. Jeffe graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Georgia and is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Jordan Samsel has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jordan’s SBA lending experience spans 9 years, with experience in all areas of SBA lending from business development, packaging, underwriting and closing. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance from Kennesaw State University. Jordan is located in Midtown Atlanta and serves clients in the metro Atlanta area, as well as the Southeast.

Joseph (Joe) Flumian

Joseph (Joe) Flumian is an SBA Business Development Officer specializing in healthcare lending. Joe understands the unique requirements of the healthcare industry with over 17 years as a lender and an additional 20 years experience in medical/dental manufacturing, commercial real estate, development, and construction. Additionally, he has personally obtained an SBA loan for a franchise he owned and operated which gives him exceptional insight from a customer's perspective.

Kandee Cotton

Kandee Cotton has over 20 years of financial experience. She specializes in assisting dental, medical and veterinary professionals looking to purchase, expand or grow their practices. Kandee attended The Ohio State University and currently resides in Dublin, Ohio with her husband and two children.

Kerry Borosh

Kerry has 29 years of financial experience in the Tampa Bay area. His expertise includes SBA, commercial and real estate lending along with private banking and financial advising. He earned his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and also holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification.

Tom Koether

Thomas S. Koether has over three decades of banking and SBA lending experience in the metro Atlanta area. As a Business Development Officer, he is focused on assisting small business with their unique financial needs. He graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and he also earned an advanced banking degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Tom is married, has a daughter and he resides in Canton, Georgia.

Tony has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry helping small businesses.  Primarily based in the Dayton area, Tony works with customers across the country with in any industry.

Vicki R. Beaudry

SBA Business Development Officer

Vicki Beaudry has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and SBA financing. Prior to joining Ameris Bank, Vicki was executive vice president and senior lender at First Coast Community Bank, a division of Synovus Bank, while also managing the SBA division for Synovus. Vicki has received numerous awards from the SBA including SBA Financial Services Advocate of the Year.
